BOOKING INFORMATION

If your project has been accepted a booking fee for custom work is required to book.

Please note* The booking fee is not a deposit. The booking fee is payment for the time taken off to draw, time to research/ design concept, and render color studies. It’s non-refundable and is NOT deducted from the cost of the tattoo itself. For each new project a booking fee will be required.

If you choose a pre-drawn design that has already been created a non-refundable deposit will be taken that will be deducted from the tattoo.

All designs are priced by piece. Most projects I take on require full days or multiple sessions (two half days). I use this method to help clients prepare and know what to expect for payments during our appointments. CASH & CARD are the only forms of payment accepted. Please note that there is sales tax added to any transactions.

  • CUSTOM BOOKING FEE: $150 non-refundable PRE-DRAWN DEPOSIT: $100 non-refundable

  • HALF DAY: $540-720 + tax

  • FULL DAY: $780-1260 + tax

  • Please come prepared.

All designs are presented the day of your appointment. I do not send any drawings ahead of time. As long as you communicate your idea clearly, your design will come out exactly as you wish or even better than you expected! Any changes to your design ideas must be submitted and pre-approved by me BEFORE the date of your appointment. You will have the opportunity to make minor changes to your design at the time of your appointment, but major changes will require a rescheduled appointment and second deposit. I reserve the right to drop your project if the agreed upon design idea is changed completely or majorly altered.

Please eat a full meal 1 hour before your appointment to help with pain management. Please ask first before using any numbing agents.

No guests unless approved prior to your appointment. (i.e. clients with mobility limitations or double appointments)

Scheduling

  • Once a project is chosen a Booking Fee/Deposit invoice will be sent to you via email. This has to be paid within in 24 hours or the project will be passed on for the next waiting. Once the booking fee/deposit is paid you will receive a link to book your appointment. I recommend picking an appointment day as soon as you are able due to limited availability.

    • Most Saturdays are already filled you may need to prepare to take time off for this service.

    RESCHEDULE/CANCEL APPOINTMENT

You are allowed 1 free reschedule per booking period with at least 48 hours notice. A second reschedule, or notice given under 48 hours, will require a new deposit and forfeiture of your original deposit. If multiple reschedules occur, I reserve the right to drop the project and cancel any future appointments altogether.

  • If you do not come to your appointment and no notice is given, you will be marked down as a no call, no show and you will not be able to book any future appointments.

  • Late appointments will be cancelled if you have not shown within 20 minutes.

    FAQ: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How do I book an appointment?

A: Due to a high volume of emails, I am only able to schedule new appointments during a booking period. I will not respond to tattoo requests outside of this time. To get updates on when my books open a Newsletter is sent via email. Newsletter sign up is on the bottom of my homepage. Remember this is a fun thing to do not a necessity so please be kind and patient. I am only one person.

Q: Will I see my design ahead of time?

A: All designs are presented at the time of your appointment. Due to my heavy schedule, I create each one in the order of appointments set to give each design my full attention and adequate time! Small changes can be made to make sure it is 100% to your liking. Please provide a clear request with references to help guide the design.

Q: What is your pricing?

Tattoo pricing is broken up into flat rates. Most projects I take on require full days or multiple sessions. I use this method to help clients prepare and know what to expect for payments during our appointments. CASH & CARD are the only forms of payment accepted. Please note that there is sales tax added to any transactions.

CUSTOM BOOKING FEE: $150 non-refundable PRE-DRAWN DEPOSIT: $100 non-refundable

  • HALF DAY: $540-720 + tax

  • FULL DAY: $780-1260 + tax

Q: Where can I park?

A: We have a big parking lot anywhere around the building is fine.

Q: Do you to touch ups?

A: Yes! They are complementary. If you would like a touch up let me know within 6 months of recieving the tattoo. Send me a photo of your tattoo so I can see how long of an appointment we will need.

Q: Will you be interested in my tattoo idea?

A: This can change with time but at the moment I am only taking on projects that are either my original designs or the following: Art nouveau/deco framed fantasy landscapes, groovy abstract ornaments, weapons, obscure objects, movie inspired colorful work and anything bright and fantastical. Or anything Taylor Swift related. I am not taking on animal portraits, black and grey pieces, large cover ups or realism landscapes, script, lettering, words or phrases. If you have an idea you think I would like feel free to submit a request when my books open. I will announce this date in my Newsletter and IG. To sign up for my newsletter go to my home page and there will be a drop box at the bottom.

Q: Do you do coverups?

A: Sometimes, depending on the piece needing covered, and the desired coverup design, I may take it on. If I feel that the desired design will not work, I may offer another. If I feel my style of work will not cover the existing piece adequately or feel that the project is outside of my skill set, I may recommend you to another artist.

Q: Can I bring a friend or family member to my appointment?

A: No. At this time we are only able to have one client in at a time and no guests permitted.

Q: How long will my appointment take?

A: The time you spend in the shop depends on multiple things. Time to complete each unique piece, each client’s pain tolerance and pain management, breaks, set up and break down, payment, and taking photos if allowed. Please do not make any obligation the day of your tattoo so we are not rushed or pressed for time. It’s best to have the day off for your appointment.

Q: Is there anything I should do to prepare for my appointment?

A: Please read all information on my website carefully and have a clear idea of what is expected on your end in terms of arriving on time and having payment ready.

Otherwise, please make sure you get a good night’s sleep, shower and eat a full meal before coming to your appointment! Stay hydrated and do not drink alcohol 24 hours prior to your appointment. You are welcome to bring a drink and snack/lunch with you. We also provide bottled water to our clients.

Q: Do you tattoo minors with parental consent?

A: No. 18 years of age and older only.

Q: Do you tattoo those who are pregnant or breastfeeding?

A: No

Q: Are you still following covid guidelines?

A: Yes, we are still requiring clients to wash their hands and wearing a face mask is optional.

Q: What should I do if I am traveling out of state?

A: If you are traveling from out of state, especially if you are flying, I would recommend getting trip insurance just in case! The only reasons I will ever or have ever rescheduled on a client are extreme illness or family emergency. This is very rare, but please safeguard your trip in the event of an emergency.

AFTERCARE

Please remember that fresh tattoos are open wounds! If you neglect your aftercare routine, you risk infection and damage to the artwork (in which case, touch-ups may be done at your own expense)

If you were given Saniderm/Tagaderm/DermSheild…

  • Saniderm adhesive, latex-free bandage that is waterproof and breathable—it is not recommended for individuals with extremely sensitive skin or allergies to adhesives. If you experience a reaction to the bandage, remove it, discontinue use and wash the tattooed area with a mild soap)You can refer to the Saniderm FAQ page for more info. You can leave this bandage on for 24hours-4 days.

  • Build-up of liquid under the bandage is normal and to be expected. If the bandage leaks, remove it! Leakage means the seal has broken and therefore bacteria can get trapped under the bandage.

  • The best way to remove the bandage is in a warm shower—the warmth loosens the adhesion and makes it easier to remove. Find an edge of the bandage and slowly pull it back over itself in the direction of your hair growth (pulling upward on the bandage can be painful). Follow the below instructions for regular aftercare if you take your saniderm off early.

    NONE saniderm REGULAR AFTERCARE

    • Leave the bandage on overnight

    • Next day:

      • Wash the tattooed area with warm water and a mild soap (preferably in the shower)

        • Wash gently with your hand so as not to scratch the tattoo

      • Pat—do not rub!—the tattoo dry with a clean towel or the best, Air Dry!

      • Let the tattoo air out (don’t apply any ointment/lotion)

    • First 4 – 6 days:

      • Gently wash your tattoo twice a day (morning and evening)

      • Let the tattoo dry heal (don’t apply any ointment/lotion)

        • This method allows your skin to breathe and repair itself naturally—only start moisturizing when it starts to feel tight and dry

    • By the second week:

      • With clean hands, start applying thin layers of ointment/lotion as needed until the tattoo is fully healed on the surface (2 – 3 weeks out from your appointment)

        • Keep your skin lightly moisturized but don’t suffocate it with excessive use!

    • To keep your tattoos nice and bright over time:

      • Moisturize regularly!

    • Wear sunscreen!
